During my time as Art Director for post production studio nhb, I developed and trained my skill for producing very fast style frames, often within a timeframe of only 2 or 3 hours. As soon as an inquiry from one of the film productions came in, producers created a quote to pitch against other studios. At the same time I kicked off mood research and the design of a first visual, often a mix of hand crafted 3D modeling / rendering, kit- and photo bashing, based on the director's interpretation.

I often kick off design exploration in 3D to quickly try out different image compositions and framings.
Once the layout is done, quick renders receive their final treatments in Photoshop for a less 3D looking, hand-drawn style.
